The user-friendly Technics Audio Center app

The Technics Audio Center app further enhances the control of the SC-CX700. The app has four main functions: SOURCE, FAVOURITES, ROOM and SETTINGS. You can switch intuitively between content playback and device settings.

Space Tune™ lets you adjust the sound quality to your environment

The SC-CX700 has three Space Tune™ functions.
(1) Easy selection from four presets (Free/Wall/Corner/Shelf), which can be set separately for the left and right speakers (2) Space Tune™ Auto for automatic adjustment with easy operation via the built-in microphone (3) Measured for more precise measurement and correction using the Technics Audio Center app* (*iOS devices)

In harmony with the interior

The SC-CX700's enclosure is made from Dinamica™, a microfiber material with a soft suede-like texture that is partially made from high-quality recycled polyester. The unit's elegant appearance blends in with any interior.

Technics Orchestration Concept

This system combines numerous technologies – for speakers, amplifiers and signal processing – that Technics has perfected over the years. With the SC-CX700, Technics has created a single integrated solution that reproduces music and other sounds faithfully and in detail.

Acoustic silence construction

The amplifier and speaker cabinets have separate structures and distances to minimize vibrations transmitted to the amplifier and achieve clear sound.

Phase Precision Driver 4

The newly developed coaxial unit features a lightweight ring tweeter that allows sound to rise and converge quickly for true-to-life sound reproduction.

JENO Engine

Each speaker has its own JENO Engine to reduce interference in audio signal transmission between speakers, achieving high-quality stereo sound.

Model-based aperture control

Model-Based Diaphragm Control (MBDC) reduces harmonic distortion based on the motion simulation of the diaphragm, achieving superior sound separation with low distortion.
