Application of General Terms and Conditions

These general conditions determine the terms of use and purchase via the intek-hifi.si online store, which is accessible at the link https://www.intek-hifi.si / (hereinafter: 'the website') and is managed by the company INTEK d.o.o. (hereinafter: 'provider').

These general conditions apply to the entire website, all its components and sub-pages. By using the website, the user accepts and agrees to all provisions of these general conditions, which also include all links as their integral parts. The terms of business are drawn up taking into account all legal obligations and international guidelines for e-business, which are also represented by the Consumers' Association of Slovenia.

Protection of personal data in the online store

At INTEK d.o.o., we pay a lot of attention to the protection of personal data, in accordance with the Act (ZVOP-2) on the protection of personal data and user rights. To make a purchase in our online store, the user must be over 18 years old. You can change or edit your data at intek-hifi.si at the link: My Account (https://www.intek-hifi.si/my-profile/). We do not market your personal data and use it exclusively for ordering purposes (offer, invoice and delivery of ordered products). We also use them for the needs of communication with customers and do not forward them to third parties.

For the purposes of dealing with users, it collects the following user data:

  • name and surname,
  • address and place of residence,
  • email address (your username),
  • contact telephone number,
  • password in encrypted form,
  • and past orders.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users!

For security reasons, the IP addresses from which users access the website are also collected. At the start of the visit, each user is assigned a session cookie for identification and monitoring of the shopping basket.

The provider provides all necessary technological and organizational solutions for complete purchase security. We also ensure the safety of the purchase by taking into account all applicable legal obligations and recommendations of the Slovenian and international consumer association. The transfer of sensitive personal and transactional data on the website is carried out in secure mode using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Data is encrypted with a 128-bit key. The system thus prevents anyone from reading your personal and transaction data that you send to the online store.

All mentioned data, except for cookies, are permanently stored on the server intek-hifi.si , access to them is exclusively available to INTEK d.o.o. .

If you want to delete your account (profile) with all your data or more information about the protection of personal data, contact the editor of the website intek-hifi.si, to the email address: info(@)intek-hifi.com. At your request, we will delete your profile as soon as possible.

 

Protection of personal data in the contact form

At INTEK d.o.o., we pay a lot of attention to the protection of personal data, in accordance with the Act (ZVOP-2) on the protection of personal data and user rights. We obtain your personal data via the contact form. We use them for communication purposes (e.g.: offer, invoice) and do not forward them to third parties or market them.

For business purposes, or to communicate with customers on the contact form, we ask the user:

  • name and surname,
  • email address,
  • phone (optional),
  • company (optional),
  • contact telephone number.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users!

All the mentioned data are stored at the electronic addresses of the company INTEK d.o.o. and we keep them as long as we have business communication with the user. INTEK d.o.o. has exclusive access to them.

If you want to delete your data, including all your data or more information about the protection of personal data, contact the editor of the netart.si website at the email address: info(@)intek-hifi.com. Upon your request, we will delete the data as soon as possible.

 

Prices

All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) and all subject to 22% VAT. All prices shown on the web address are subject to change without prior notice.

The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms receipt of the order, namely with an electronic message sent to the buyer's email address. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding for both the provider and the buyer.

These general conditions are an integral part of the contract.

Prices on the online store may differ from the prices in our branch! The prices from the online store are valid only when purchasing via the online form.

 

Orders

You do not need to log in to place an order in the online store intek-hifi.si  If you want to make a purchase, you just need to fill in the correct information when placing the order.

INTEK d.o.o. can also reject the order if it finds that it cannot execute it under the given conditions. He informs the buyer beforehand and gives the reasons for rejecting the order, of course if this is possible.

The order of goods is considered as confirmation of the purchase contract. After completing the order process, the buyer receives the order information to the specified e-mail address. Usually the addressee receives an electronic notification within 5 minutes, but it is nothing unusual if the process takes a little longer due to different settings of electronic mail clients.

The buyer also receives an electronic notification when the goods are shipped. After that, it usually takes a day or two for Pošta Slovenije to deliver the goods to the recipient's address.

In the event that you may have ordered goods that, due to unforeseen reasons, we cannot ship within the promised time, we will inform you of the new delivery time via the provided contact information.

On the website, all information about his rights and information about the provider are available to the buyer.

 

Cancellation of order

Orders received through the online store intek-hifi.si can be canceled by the customer without additional costs until receiving an email that it has been the order has already been shipped and sent from the online store intek-hifi.si.

Notification of order cancellation is possible exclusively via e-mail to info(@)intek-hifi.com. The following information must be provided in the e-mail message:

  • In the subject of the message: Order cancellation
  • In the content of the message: a) name and surname of the buyer, b) address of the buyer, c) order number

 

Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods

The consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the ordered goods, without having to give a reason for his decision. A message is considered timely if it is sent within the deadline. Returning the ordered goods to the company within 14 days of receipt is equivalent to a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The latter must be returned to the company no later than fourteen (14) days from the notice of resignation. If the consumer has withdrawn from the contract, the company must return all payments made to him. The company must return the payments as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The buyer is responsible for a reduction in the value of the goods, if the reduction is the result of conduct that is not absolutely necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

The buyer can notify us of the intended return by mail (INTEK d.o.o. Njegoševa cesta 23, 1000 Ljubljana) or to the contact e-mail address: info(@)intek-hifi.com.

Consumers return products by registered mail to the provider's address: INTEK d.o.o, Njegoševa cesta 23 , 1000 Ljubljana.

Products must be sent no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The products must be accompanied by the original invoice and the FORM for returning products, which can be found here (CLICK).

All costs associated with returning products are paid by the buyer. The buyer must return the products undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original undamaged packaging. We are not responsible for costs incurred as a result of acting outside the terms of business.

We do NOT accept ransom payments. In case of delivery at our expense, we will charge you the return costs according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije.

 

Liability for material errors

According to the provisions of the ZVPot, our company bears responsibility for physical defects in the goods that become apparent within two years from the receipt of the goods.

 

Payments

The provider issues an invoice on a permanent medium, with detailed costs and a notification to the user on how to withdraw from the purchase and how to return the products. The user chooses the payment method during the order process.

The user can order goods in the online store www.intek-hifi.si pay in the following ways:

  • with cash upon collection of the shipment: In the payment options, select the Cash on delivery option (we charge an additional €1.50 due to additional work and costs). If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can also pay for the ordered products upon collection at your Pošta Slovenije unit.
  • by pre-invoice to TRR: You will be able to pay for the products via any online bank or via a bank deposit slip or mail. After confirming the order, we will send you your e-mail address and all the necessary information for making the payment or transfers.
  • via credit cards (provider Stripe – https://stripe.com/en-gb-si)

 

Prices

All prices include VAT. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email about the status of the order confirmed). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

 

Delivery time

For products in stock, the delivery time is 3-6 working days.

If you are interested in a product that is not in stock or in the offer, we recommend that you contact us via e-mail and we will send you an offer if this product is in our sales program.

 

Delivery and collection

In the online store www.intek-hifi.si we strive for the fastest possible delivery of ordered goods. We try to ship most orders received by 11 a.m. the same working day, except for weekends and holidays.

In the event that you may have ordered goods that, due to unforeseen reasons, we cannot ship within the promised time, we will inform you of the new delivery time via the provided contact information.

Delivery is carried out in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije. Usually, the goods ordered during working days are at the recipient's address within a day or two of the goods being dispatched (so if we ship the goods today, Pošta Slovenije will probably deliver them tomorrow, in some cases the day after tomorrow). Based on our experience so far, from the day the customer places an order in the online store intek-hifi.si, until the day the goods actually arrive received, normally takes up to 3 working days. During holidays and weekends, the delivery deadline is extended accordingly for working days off. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the ordered products at your Pošta Slovenije unit.

 

Personal collection

The buyer can also decide to pick up the ordered goods in person. When the order is ready, we will inform him that it is possible to pick it up. Collection is possible at the headquarters of our company INTEK d.o.o., Njegoševa cesta 23, 1000 Ljubljana.

Pick-up is possible from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., by prior arrangement.

The buyer has 7 working days to pick up the products, otherwise we send the shipment to the post office. Postage is covered by the buyer and is paid upon receipt of the shipment.

 

Damaged Shipments

Our employees will carefully and softly wrap each package. However, if upon receipt of the shipment you notice that the item or shipment is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of being opened, please take a photo of the condition. If the postman is still with you, you can reject the shipment immediately.

Please send us the picture to our e-mail address, and then you have to file a compensation procedure with Pošta Slovenije. You do this by bringing the shipment (packaging + contents) to the post office as soon as you notice the damage or looted shipment, no later than within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Please note at the post office that it is necessary to fill out the Record of Damaged Shipment, which you must also sign. After receiving all the necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to Pošta Slovenije. The request at Pošta Slovenije is processed by a commission and based on the answer or approval, the purchase price is refunded or a new item is ordered. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will ensure that the compensation is resolved in the shortest possible time.

Delivery price list

All orders are sent with Pošta Slovenije, with whom we have a contractual relationship.

For purchases over EUR 100 (not including postage), delivery within Slovenia is free.
For cash on delivery payments (in person or by mail ), we calculate an additional €1.5 due to additional work and costs.

 

Warranty

Articles have a warranty if it is stated so on the warranty card or on the invoice. The guarantee is valid if the instructions on the guarantee sheet are followed and upon presentation of the invoice. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty sheets or on the invoice. Warranty information is also provided on the article presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is currently unknown. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.

 

Validity of offer

When purchasing, the prices apply at the moment of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. Prices in the online store may change without prior notice.

All information published on the website, e.g. product descriptions, specifications, photos, are not binding. Images can only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation. The provider reserves the right to make minor changes in the product description, without the obligation to notify users.

 

Complaints and Disputes

In the online store intek-hifi.si we strive to fulfill our duty to establish an effective complaint handling system. The customer can file a complaint via the e-mail address: info(@)intek-hifi.com. At INTEK d.o.o., we will confirm receipt of the complaint as soon as possible and process it within 8 (eight) days of its receipt. We will send the written answer back to the contact address from which we received it. The customer has the right to object to the complaint.

In accordance with legal norms, INTEK d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.

The mentioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

 

Archiving contracts

The contract concluded between the buyer and the seller can be found in electronic form at the headquarters of INTEK d.o.o., Njegoševa cesta 23, 1000 Ljubljana. The buyer can obtain a copy of the contract by sending a request by e-mail to the address info(@)intek-hifi.com.
