Created in 1967, the Jean-Marie Reynaud company has always been driven by one man's passion for high-quality musical transcription. Initially very artisanal, the company gradually acquired increasingly efficient means of production and research.
JMR - Jean-Marie Reynaud has been around for half a century and has become a fixture in the hi-fi landscape. In the meantime, son Jean-Claude has taken over most of the torch so that the company’s know-how seems assured for the next 50 years. With a wide range of monitors, floorstanders and home cinema applications, there is something for everyone.

Our Jean-Marie Reynaud history

It currently has a 2000 m² production and storage factory, which places it among the first French companies specializing in the production of high quality acoustic speakers . Its highly equipped laboratory associated with a large anechoic chamber allows the development, study and production of sophisticated and constantly evolving products.
It was in 2005 that Jean-Claude Reynaud joined the adventure alongside his father Jean-Marie after a long career as a sound engineer, producer and musician. Driven by the same passion and having "fallen into the pot" at a very young age, he fulfilled his dream by sharing all aspects of the design and conception of acoustic speakers with his father from 2005 to 2011. He passed away in 2011 and left Jean-Claude to take sole control of the JMR brand.

Everything is made in the Saint-Hilaire factory by craftsmen who have worked in the business for decades.

Resolutely focused on the highest quality despite very realistic prices, driven by a passion that is still as lively, the company Jean-Marie Reynaud remains faithful to the ideas that have made its reputation. Constantly refusing any false technology, but capable of adapting very quickly and enthusiastically to the best and most recent technical developments. The rigor it imposes at the level of design and manufacturing ensures a remarkable and strong brand image.
